Well, we did a Northern Lights cruise with P&O in March and it was minus 24 degrees out on the tour in Alta in search of them. So take your thermal long johns and lots of layers. Aldi and Lidl usually sell very cheap skiwear in late autumn, if you keep an eye on them or subscribe to their weekly emails. Since Hurtigruten are a Norwegian line, one would expect their sockets to be European ones, but why not take both types of adaptor, they don't take up much space.
