Not absolutely - but when I cruised out of NYC on Nov 1st - by noon the next day people were out by the pool..

I asked someone the same question, she was from the US. She said by 2pm the following day of departure you start to get the warmer weather. Kind regard.

We cruised from new jersey on 26 october and it was hot by lunchtime the following day, but then we met a tropical storm and weather was awful. be prepared for all weathers.
