We regularly cruise with our two children now 7 & 8. The P&O childrens programme is very good, a 7 year old would be in the 5-8 age group on Oriana in Decibels. Normally open from 9-12, 2-5pm, 7-12. Great range of activities, face painting, talent shows, mini olympics etc etc. Our two never get bored. They also offer a chilrens tea, which if they dont want to join you for dinner is great. You can phone into your room for in cabin listening service from any of the phones around the ship. We have never needed to do this as they have been perfectly entertained in the childrens club.
