Starboard is the right hand side of the ship....the whole of the right hand side!

Starboard is always the right hand side of the ship when facing forward.

The way I always think of it is spelling, PORT IS 4 letters, LEFT is 4 letters. Facing forward. Hope this helps.

Its on the right hand side,as you are looking towards the front of the ship.
