Perhaps because this is an internet 'chat' site - why not direct your question to NCL? But first ask yourself: Why does your local Pizza Hut have the same menu every night? Have you thought of the logistics of stocking and feeding 2000+ people on a cruise ship every week - it is easier to place the same order with their suppliers. And when I was on NCL I thought the food was excellant. If it is not hot enough then send it back to the kitchen and get another.
Try asking NCL; we are only fellow cruisers and know not!!!For future cruises , try a better cruise line.
When I last did a P&O 56 day world cruise leg the menu rotated over a 21 day period. Add to this the additional restaurants onboard, and you have a fair choice. Come on up to P&O.
The main resraurants on ships that I've cruised on have had a different menu each night (mostly 12 night cruises). The informal dining could not do this .. as 'Aldrich' says, the restaurants that you visit at home keep the same menus for quite a while.
The joy of going with ncl is that they have lots of different types of restuarants so you can have formal one night, french, sushi, room service, italian, mexican - i am loosing count now - what a choice, it is like going out to your local town to a different restuarant, certainly more than the Costas, Menorca atc could offer you and without having to worry if the quality and cleaniness will be like.
