Ocean village no doubt!
I have always found P & O to be great with children. Mine are 8 & 10 now, but started cruising with us when they were toddlers. The kids staff have always impressed me, and as a Nursery teacher for over 20 years I'm not easily impressed!!! They offer a great range of activities, and have stringent security measures in place to ensure the safety of the children. The other ship staff are good too - when my toddler had a freak as she wanted sausages for her tea (and they weren't on the menu that day), the waiter went off and had some cooked for her. Brilliant.
Was on ocean village june 21st for two weeks, 2nd time on this ship, children of all ages really really well catered for and no formal stuff, very relaxed but profesional, would recomend.
Disney Cruise Ship - Disney Magi.
Disney Cruise. Nothing else comes close. Not cheap, but very high quality all round.
I used to cruise as it was the only holiday environment I knew in which I would not be subjected to children running amock ... looks like the good old days are gone...
We have a 8 & 3 year old. we have been with costa and on the QE2 but they enjoyed ocean village the most. there is a kids club and special deck area with shallow pool for the little ones.
Carnival cruise lines is definately the best for children, their theme is 'Fun Ships' and they state to carry more child passengers than other cruise lines. However the standards are still exceptionally thorough out the ships and there is plenty for the whole family. We loved the fact that children were well catered for and entertained even in the formal restaurant.
NONE it is not a holiday for youg or children of any age, Butlins is best for them to go wild, we adults pay a lot of money for our cruises and as I call it dont want rug rats every where thats why we choose child free ships when my son was young I took him to Spain much better suited also there is the possibility of them getting sea sick which is unpleasant for all, so think again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
People who don't like Rug rats should stick to child free cruises! Ocean Village is great very helpful and friendly the staff Love children and will go out of their way to help. The kids club is great. I'm sure you will love cruising with children.Butlins would be my idea of HELL!!
