You don't say what type of disability, however if you mean a wheelchair user then yes hips are suitable. They have a number of cabins that are speacially designed for wheelchair users. the only problem you may encounter is if you choose a cruise where a lot of the ports of call are reached by tender as that can prove a bit tricky for wheelchair users. If you are talking about other disabilities then also yes. i'm seriously visually impaired and find cruising the most suitable type of holiday for me. they can also cater for a whole host of medical conditions, although you are best to tell them at the time you are thinking of bookin.

Most ships are accessible especially the newer ones less than 10years old. Many have disabled cabins.
