It is so much cheaper to do all the tours yourself. go outside the port and hire a taxi or mini bus and they will take you to all the tourist spots. and I mean much much cheape.

Have you tried doing it on line? I would think that you would receive an excursions brochure approx 10 weeks prior to departure but have not sailed with Costa so not sure.

I agree ,very easy to hire a taxi outside the port except in Bruni where you need to catch a local bus into town for $2 US dollars (rather than the $27euro costa charges for the shuttle bus).use US dollars in all ports except Hong Kong and Singapor.
