When we were on The Aurora we found that the dress code was "casual" on the days when there were late excursions ashore so there wasn't a problem with rushing to change before dinner. I don't think there was a buffet in the evening and one os expeced to keep up the dress code of the day all evening.

Not true went on aurora last year buffet dinning availiable every night cruised to venice out of this world being diabetic halve to eat 5 times a day so this was handy for me restaurant food amazing buffet ok one even\ng coming back from bar 2.30 \n morn\ng stopped off at cafe bordeaux with new friends had 4 bowls of chips with cheese and bottle of moet nothing was too much trouble booking similar cruise next week on oriana im44 and myself and my wife were comfortable wear\ng jacket n tie on a formal night champions bar n pennant bar are good places too go on formal nights very laid back n full of people wanting to halve a laugh youll love it the ship caters for everyone .
