Hello The better decks are normally considered to be two below the pool deck, two below because there are often quite loud noises early in the morning from the pool deck as loungers etc are moved around and the area cleaned up prior to the general onslaught. If, however, you are also meaning the better cabins then amidships often followed by the stern end cabins with the larger balconies. Suites, obviously the best followed by the balconies, Concierge Class on Celebrity. Value for money are the inside cabins on the higher up deck and from these you can sometimes get upgraded. It is mostly a matter of what your regard as your priorities but try to avoid any of the bow cabins as they can be the noisiest when the anchor goes down or when tying up and giving the most movement on bad sea days. Hope that gives you an idea Heather .
